Despite its unassuming exterior, Dong Bao Hotel pleasantly surprised me with its impeccable service and well-equipped rooms. The attentive housekeeping and friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room featured modern amenities like a minibar fridge, hair dryer, and bathrobes, offering a touch of luxury that exceeded my expectations for a 3-star hotel. The young lady at the reception was exceptionally sweet and helpful, making our experience all the more memorable. We indulged in delicious noodles and coffee just across the street, and the hotel's tour guide provided an enriching experience, showcasing the best of the area. The staff efficiently arranged transportation for us, adding a seamless touch to our adventures.The spacious and tidy room, complete with a flat-screen TV and mini refrigerator, offered a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. While language barriers existed, the staff's efforts to assist us were commendable. The hotel's proximity to local attractions like the market and pagoda added to the overall convenience of our stay.
